Rooted in Service Design methods, Gamestorming, and Positive Psychology, my aim is to hold space for stakeholder dialogue from a neutral standpoint, to observe behavior and emotion, to make the invisible dynamics visible, and to get work done faster, with more joy.

Projects are hands-on and team-led so that your people build new capabilities and flex new muscles with regular coaching and mentorship along the way.

I take a systems-thinking approach with no fear of checking assumptions and asking tough questions. My role is active contributor, advisor, and coach. I am a wearer of many hats, so depending on the engagement, I am also project manager and producer.
